Mark your
calendar for May 31st for the 2008 Blue Moon Ball and Art Auction. The
Mooresville Artist Guild will throw open its doors to host a sundry
mix of guests: community leaders, art aficionados, shag dancers and
general revelers—all come to enjoy an evening of food, drink, music
and fine art.
The art preview will be from 6
to 7 p.m. and the art auction from 7 p.m. to midnight.

Come in casual attire and come
for fun! You will dance to Carolina Beach music performed live by
the Fantastic
Shakers, sample hors d'oeuvres provided by local restaurants,
drink NC beer and wines at our cash bar, and bid on original art by award-winning area artists.
Tickets are $25.00 per person.

at the Depot
Fine Arts Gallery, where you can walk in for your purchase or
phone 704-663-6661 using a credit card.
Tickets will also be available at other Mooresville locations where
the Blue Moon Ball and Auction Poster is displayed. They are available
on this site using PayPal. Proceeds from the event will go to the
Fund for Preservation of the
Historic Depot and will be used exclusively to make much
needed improvements to the landmark.
